Thanks to all the participants, partners, and donors for your generous support towards our signature fundraising sporting event, Race For Good 2024 in its second edition.

Notwithstanding the pouring rain in the early hours of Saturday, 14 September 2024, 1,300 passionate runners braved the weather to create an unforgettable event at East Coast Park (Angsana Green). With your participation and generosity, we turned this race into more than just a sporting event — it became a symbolic event for those in need.

We sincerely hope that everyone involved enjoyed themselves and found meaning in being able to Move For Change by being a part of The Salvation Army community that’s positively impacting our beneficiaries and beyond.

Your support enabled us to raise over $255,000 in donations this year which will go directly towards funding social programmes that transform the lives of vulnerable groups in Singapore — including the children and youth, the elderly, ex-offenders and their families, and migrant workers.

We hope to see you in the next edition of The Race For Good!

Special thanks to our event partner Trifactor Singapore, our platinum sponsor, Tower Capital Asia, our gold sponsors, Tan Chin Tuan Foundation, ING Bank, PSA Global, and Musim Mas.

Race For Good

Race for Good is organised to raise awareness and funds to support vulnerable children, elderly, ex-offenders and their families and migrant workers in Singapore. These are the good works done by Salvation Army in Singapore since 1935.

The inaugural race organised in 2023 concluded with a good turnout, showcasing a collective commitment to running and walking for a noble cause. The 2023 edition raised a total of over $230,000.

From 2024, beyond fund raising, Race for Good seeks to build social and environment impact through building strong resilient families, promoting volunteerism and sustainable acts.
